Various Diciplines of Inline Skating

Speed Skating

Break your own speed limits! Speed skating is power masked by grace. Its main elements are form and technique supported by strenght and power. Learn to skate longer distances faster by focusing on proper skating form and technique. This focus increases skating efficiency and effective use of muscle power. Together with good cardiovascular conditioning, the result is dramatic and exhilarating increase in skating performance.

Inline Hockey

Inline Hockey is a fast-paced action team sport with plenty of speed and exitement. Lightning fast manoeuvres and watertight team coordination is needed to pass and score for goals. With a stick to handle, a puck to shoot, team-mates and opponents to watch for, hockey skaters rely on exceptional skills to play the game. This includes rapid start-stops, quick turns and backwards skating.

Aggressive

Not for the fainthearted. Flirt with gravity on straight or curved ramps. drop-in from a ramp or catapult off it. Cheat friction with grinds.
Slalom

The ultimate test of technical skill in control, agility, balance, grade and speed. Skate through cones with style, match your friends tricks or out skate him with one he can't follow!
