chalking up his third achievement for the

Well done, ICP Level 1 graduates
on passing the recent Inline Certification Program
(ICP) examination, held on Sept 16. They were
certified by International Examiner Moon Ji-Wook
(Korea), assisted by ICP-instructor Albert Tan
(Singapore). |
